Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pottedmuse.com and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer laws of your state.

1. Who we are

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation; until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or our fraud screening flags the payment. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when the order is placed, through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Product descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its real dimensions, the pot sizes it fits and the weight it can carry. Product pages use a mix of product photography and rendered lifestyle images to show how items can be used; natural materials such as wood, rattan and jute vary in grain and shade from piece to piece, and colours may render differently on different screens. Plants shown in photos are for styling and are not included unless the listing says so.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and our 30-day return window are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful. Text, photos and design on this site belong to ZOWISE LLC or its suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

7. Liability

Our products are decorative home goods. Please follow the weight limits stated on each listing for hangers and stands and install them on suitable fixings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as water damage to floors or furniture arising from misuse.

8. Discount codes

Codes must be applied at checkout, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be applied to orders already placed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the state in which you reside.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
