About Pottedmuse

Pottedmuse started with a one-bedroom apartment, too many cuttings, and not enough windowsill. The answer was to go up: hangers on the ceiling hook, a shelf across the window, a stool in the corner that turned one pot into a small green column. Everything we sell comes from that same problem — how to fit more plants, and better light, into a normal home.

What we look for

We stock a short list rather than a long one. A piece earns its place if it is light enough to hang from an ordinary hook, sized for the nursery pots people actually own (4 to 10 inches), made from materials that age well — cotton cord, rattan, solid wood, matte resin — and priced so that a set for a whole shelf costs less than a single designer pot.

How we work

Our pieces are made by small partner workshops in Asia and ship directly to you, which is how we keep a three-piece hanger set under $30. Every product page lists the real dimensions, the pot sizes it fits and the weight it can carry, because a hanger that almost fits is worse than no hanger at all.
