Do the planters come with plants?

No. Plants in our photos are there to show scale and styling. Every listing states exactly what is in the box.

Will this hanger hold my pot?

Each hanger and stand lists the pot diameters it fits and a maximum load. As a rule, a 6-inch pot with wet soil weighs 2–3 lb and an 8-inch pot 4–6 lb. If you are close to the limit, size up.

Do the pots have drainage holes?

Yes, unless the listing says "no drainage" (a few cachepots are made to sit over a nursery pot). Self-watering models have a reservoir and an inner pot with drainage instead.

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 8–15 business days after that. Every order includes tracking. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

$4.95 flat, or free when your order is $45 or more.

What if something arrives broken?

Email a couple of photos within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full, your choice. No need to send the broken item back.

Can I return something I don't like?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. See the Refund & Return Policy.

Can I use the planters outdoors?

Plastic, resin and metal pieces are fine on a covered balcony or porch. Macrame, jute and rattan should stay indoors or under cover; sun and rain will shorten their life.

How do I hang a macrame hanger safely?

Use a ceiling hook rated for at least 10 lb screwed into a joist or a proper hollow-wall anchor. Never rely on an adhesive hook for a planted pot.
